About the Job

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Automation Sales, Regional Manager to join our team at Jobot. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead sales and business development initiatives within a designated region, focusing on our automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals within the region.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Review market analyses to determine customer needs and volume potential, and implement plans to expand sales territory.
  • Deliver sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
  • Meet with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Coordinate and liaise between the sales department and engineering.
  • Analyze and control expenditures of the division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products and solutions.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of the proposed client base expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing solutions sales, specifically in automation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, with the ability to understand and present technical concepts.
  • Strong sales forecasting abilities and experience in territory development.
  • Excellent numerical skills with the ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Availability to travel extensively within the designated region.
