Job Title: Experienced Outside Sales Representative

Midwest Combustion Solutions Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, attracting new clients, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your territory
  • Travel to appointments and meetings with customers to discuss their needs and negotiate sales
  • Meet or exceed designated sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in outside sales and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior knowledge of boiler room operations and sales techniques a plus
