Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is keen to develop their skills and take on new challenges. This pivotal role will assist the Event Services Manager. The successful candidate will engage with clients to guarantee outstanding service while effectively conveying departmental objectives to the leadership team. The perfect applicant will possess a warm personality, the capability to adapt to new software, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. This individual should exhibit remarkable customer service and analytical abilities. Daily tasks will encompass, but are not limited to, managing phone communications, dispatching agreements, organizing documentation and departmental records, and generating reports.

Requirements
  • At least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in hospitality, event planning, culinary services, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with culinary and event management operations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, consistent, and driven.
