KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Exhibit professionalism and maturity in all interactions.
- Utilize prior leadership experience to guide and support residents.
- Employ strong interpersonal and analytical skills to navigate challenges.
- Handle crises with composure and professionalism.
- Be proficient in computer applications relevant to the role.
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Foster and maintain a health-focused community that encourages personal development.
- Implement house rules in a supportive manner, intervening swiftly to uphold a positive environment.
- Ensure a calm and serene atmosphere within the residence.
- Attend to residents' needs by coordinating meal services, medication availability, and adherence to schedules and policies.
- Ensure the safety of the residence through controlled access and necessary assessments.
- Conduct welcoming check-ins with residents to ensure they feel valued and supported.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication to facilitate a seamless experience for residents.
- Address any concerns promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Assist with the resident checkout process, ensuring they feel appreciated and welcomed for future visits.
- Complete assigned housekeeping tasks as necessary.
- Be prepared to work in male housing areas.
