About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Technician II to join our team at Microsel Of Colorado Llc. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and services to our internal and external customers through project work and proactive recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and services to clients through project work and proactive recommendations.
  • Own the customer satisfaction and successful outcome of technical projects.
  • Provide great documentation of work performed in our PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise).
  • Collaborate with fellow IT service desk support technicians.
  • Continue learning and professional development by taking advantage of the company reimbursement for professional IT certifications.
  • Play a critical role in building company standards and processes for the future success of the company.
  • Assist with written SOPs and configurations in the PSA.
Requirements
  • 2+ years onsite server and rack configuration experience.
  • 2+ years client-facing service desk experience in a managed services or multi-tenant support company using RMM and PSA tools.
  • Experience performing troubleshooting of basic troubleshooting of client servers, networks, workstations, and business applications.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Asio platform which includes Manage and RMM is a plus.
  • Experience with on-prem, cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, and experience with Server 2018r2 & 2022.
  • Linux knowledge is a plus, especially Ubuntu and Red Hat.
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite users management and tenant migration as well as setting security standards a huge plus.
  • Client VPN setup and troubleshooting.
  • Network printers experience.
  • Experience with Next Gen EDR.
  • PDF viewing and editing tools.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to pass a drug and/or alcohol screen and background check.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized during high volume.
  • Willingness to learn continuously and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Valid and clean Colorado drivers license with the ability and willingness to travel locally as needed.
  • IT certifications through Microsoft, CompTIA, or other vendors preferred.
