Job Title: Senior Client Partner, Restaurants and Drinks

Reddit is a community-driven platform that connects people with shared interests. As a Senior Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key brands and agencies in the Restaurants and Drinks industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners.
  • Construct upfront and joint business plans with top clients to ensure mutual success.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with new clients, educating them on Reddit's advertising platform and its benefits.
  • Leverage data from internal and external sources to inform client strategies and pitch proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Act as an internal lead, volunteering in team meetings and contributing to Reddit's special projects.
  • Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, setting clear expectations and communicating next steps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, communicating major platform updates and releases.
  • Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients to uplevel and grow the relationship.
  • Persistently explore and uncover client needs, leveraging deep product knowledge to align goals with new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to meet and exceed clients' marketing goals.
  • Shape Reddit's ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback and campaign metrics.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist with partners and at industry events.
  • Share expertise by mentoring and training other team members.
  • Craft a cohesive strategy across shared accounts with other Client Partners and Account Managers.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 7+ years in sales.
  • Experience owning partnerships with complex Enterprise organizations in the Restaurants, QSR, or Beer & Spirits industries.
  • Proven experience managing relationships up through C-level executives.
  • Deep industry expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions.
  • Deep existing relationships within the agency and client direct space.
  • Subject matter expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
  • Experience building and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets.
  • Ability to lead special projects.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
