Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite executives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client work and meet business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Critical Mass remains a leader in the market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, advertising, or technology consulting
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional results
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
