About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Team Leader Human Resources to join our team at Target. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business results, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and drive a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive business results and make informed decisions.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data.
  • Ability to manage conflict and lead a team.
  • Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
