Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and break down catering and events in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our Operations team to problem-solve and forecast client needs
  • Provide memorable and pleasing client experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Embody the Cater2 brand and values in all customer interactions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Ensure accurate and timely food service and replenishment
  • Maintain a clean and presentable work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one by start date
  • Punctuality, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and a tenacious personality
  • Ability to safely lift 25+ pounds and stand for at least 4 hours
  • Availability for weekday lunch shifts
  • Background in customer service, hospitality, food & beverage, housekeeping, and retail preferred
