Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Commitment to work onsite 5 days per week in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.
  • Experience in enhancing processes, policies, and systems, particularly related to SOX compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP-based financial systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
