Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to work onsite 5 days per week in a team environment.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and cost accounting principles.
- Experience in enhancing processes, policies, and systems, particularly related to SOX compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP-based financial systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
