Finance Project/Program Manager Job Description

Talent Software Services is seeking an experienced Finance Project/Program Manager to join our team in Redmond, WA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and Project Management: Lead and manage finance-related programs and projects from inception through completion, developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support project decision-making, preparing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and senior leadership, building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, developing and enforcing best practices in program and project management.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in program and project management within finance or related domains.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and experience with Power BI.
