About the Role

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Business Insights: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and the board of directors.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies, and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in budgeting and reporting.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Technical Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Travel: Occasional travel may be required for this position.
