Role Overview: As a Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our financial strategies and guiding decision-making processes within our rapidly growing SaaS enterprise. Your expertise in data analysis will be crucial in enhancing performance and supporting our growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage KPI Reporting: Analyze and develop a thorough understanding of the key performance indicators that drive our business operations.
  • Conduct In-Depth Analyses: Generate insightful analyses to refine our market strategies, including sales data analytics, marketing activity assessments, and product engagement evaluations.
  • Propose Actionable Enhancements: Identify and recommend data-driven insights to optimize outcomes across various departments, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Oversee Budgeting and Forecasting: Take charge of revenue models and financial projections related to quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Prepare Financial Communications: Assist in the creation of materials for Board meetings, management reports, and regular performance metric updates.
  • Develop Dashboards: Utilize tools like Excel and Tableau to create reports that enhance business processes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside colleagues and leadership to leverage data for improved business results.

  • Advanced Excel financial modeling capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI; knowledge of SQL and database architecture is a plus.
