Job Title: Specialist Director, Contract Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Director to join our Advisory Services team in the Managed Services practice at KPMG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing Managed Services contracts, ensuring seamless coordination across all KPMG functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and negotiate Managed Services contracts, collaborating with business teams, risk management, and Legal to ensure alignment with evolving firm requirements.
  • Develop client contracting templates with business teams and update contract templates and processes as required.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of our contracting process and perform activities necessary to support firm contracting compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years of experience in a consultative services organization, preferably in a management role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent career experience.
  • Strong experience with contracting for managed services, understanding of legal terms and conditions, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel as necessary.
