CBRE Transaction Management Director

About the Role:

As a CBRE Transaction Management Director, you will provide strategic leadership to a team of transaction management professionals who negotiate new leases, renewals, dispositions of surplus space, and more. Your expertise will drive the preparation and implementation of the portfolio-wide strategy, ensuring seamless execution of complex transaction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure integration between service lines.
  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE's RISE values.
  • Negotiate with senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions of strategic importance.
  • Drive the direction and resource allocation for programs, projects, or services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
  • Multi-dimensional, conceptual, and innovative thinking to develop new solutions.
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Expert organizational skills with an unrivaled inquisitive mindset.
  • Expert math skills.

Compensation:

The minimum salary for the Transaction Management Director position is $130,000 annually or $62.50 per hour, and the maximum salary is $185,000 annually or $88.95 per hour. Compensation will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
