Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales role within the industrial sector.
- Familiarity with P21, Activant, or Epicor software is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a results-oriented culture.
- Strong relationship-building skills over the phone.
- In-depth product and customer knowledge is essential.
- Proven persuasive selling skills.
