Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager plays a key role in helping the supply chain meet the needs of store operations partners in lower volume locations. They have direct P&L and operational responsibility for a fulfillment warehouse and serve as the main point of contact for store operation's partners, inclusive of breakage and shrink.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create an engaging culture and identify and develop a team of fulfillment warehouse associates.
  • Ensure the right product is getting to the right place at the right time with high levels of service.
  • Implement Safelite's best practices and processes while continually surfacing new ideas and approaches.
  • Manage P&L of the fulfillment warehouse and allocation of the budget.
  • Ensure national, state, and local regulations are being followed in the fulfillment spoke.
Requirements:
  • High School Required.
  • 4-6 years Supply chain and supervisory experience Required.
  • 1-3 years Min 3 years supply chain leadership experience Required.
Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferred.
  • Ability to work from the fulfillment warehouse location and travel up to 5%.
  • Ability to operate a company vehicle safely and courteously.
  • Ability to satisfy all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements.
  • Ability to occasionally lift windshields, up to 35 pounds.
