Job Summary:The Sr. Relationship Manager will be a key member of our Healthcare, Education & Not-for-Profit Team, responsible for providing financial solutions to complex clients and prospects in the West region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships
- Collaborate with teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with clients and prospects regarding financial and business issues
- Coach and mentor peers, while utilizing leadership skills
- 10+ years' experience in commercial lending/corporate finance/relationship management
- Demonstrated management capability of an extensive portfolio of clients
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
- Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training preferred
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- MBA desirable
- Existing knowledge of the market preferred
- Active member/participation in local community organizations
