About the Opportunity:

Culligan International is seeking an experienced Territory Service and Sales Manager to join our team in the Pacific Northwest region. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and providing exceptional service to our existing clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales, customer service, and technical support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and providing excellent service. You will work closely with our regional service manager to develop and implement sales strategies, manage customer interactions, and ensure seamless execution of services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
  • Work closely with the regional service manager to ensure seamless execution of services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, and technical support
  • Proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per week, with occasional overnight stays

Estimated Salary Range:$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
