Business Development Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our sales team at Thompson Safety, LLC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing new business leads, building relationships with decision-makers, and contributing to the company's growth strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase new business sales within a protected sales territory.
- Utilize CRM technology to document activity and track results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and drive sales growth.
We're looking for someone with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in outside sales, blue-collar, and/or industrial sales environments.
- Adequate skills with Microsoft products like Outlook/Email, Teams, Excel.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus structure. Additional benefits include a monthly car/cell phone stipend, excellent medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) program with employer match and immediate vesting, paid time-off, and paid holidays.
