Position Overview:
In this role, you will analyze operational processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and lead projects that foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful results. You will develop and implement reports and analytics that inform supply chain planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production teams to source materials and uphold the production schedule through effective management of late part lists and order notifications.
  • Monitor overdue supplier purchase orders to ensure the accuracy of ERP system data.
  • Address discrepancies in purchase order confirmations, including cost and delivery issues.
  • Generate Purchase Orders for designated facilities, including planning materials and managing workbench tasks.
  • Oversee inventory levels, schedules, and material availability.
  • Assist in maintaining databases, including vendor records, item attributes, and pricing models.
  • Support change order requests and manage project orders to ensure timely shipments.
  • Help resolve invoice discrepancies and issues with non-conforming materials.
  • Conduct material transfers as necessary.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Occasional travel to suppliers and company facilities may be required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using problem-solving techniques and tools.

Qualifications:
  • A college degree or 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in supply chain functions such as purchasing, planning, or materials management is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems is required.

Work Environment:
This position requires adherence to ADA physical, mental, and workplace standards.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • Extended periods of sitting and working at a desk or personal computer.
  • The primary work environment is a professional corporate office.
