Logistics Planner

Ryder System is seeking a skilled Logistics Planner to join our team. As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for planning routes and scheduling resources to optimize efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor trip progression and resource utilization to ensure drivers are staying on schedule.
- Manage equipment selection and coordination to maximize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Assign loads to drivers to maximize profitability, customer satisfaction, and driver retention.
- Develop executable solutions to increase revenue or bottom-line financial performance through third-party freight, backhauls, or headhauls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Four to six years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse, or industry-related field.
- Advanced knowledge of Route Planning and DOT requirements.
