Covenant Health is seeking a highly skilled Acute Care Resident RN to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Acute Care department, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and report patient condition to physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in patient care.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
