Critical Care Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Covenant Children's Hospital. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient's vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire or New Mexico Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year RN experience.
