Critical Care Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Texas Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
