Critical Care Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team at Lubbock Heart & Surgical Hospital. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in our Cardiovascular Critical Care Unit.
Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patient care needs, developing and implementing individualized plans of care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications and take corrective action as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and address patient concerns.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- 2-5 years of experience in critical care nursing, with a focus on cardiovascular critical care.
- BSN degree preferred.
- CCRN certification preferred.
