Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to serve as a Credit Assistance Specialist at Scout Exchange. This role involves delivering top-notch customer service by providing credit assistance and solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Fluently speak English and Spanish, with a requirement to communicate primarily in Spanish during work hours.
  • Initiate contact with delinquent clients to collect payment information and determine reasons for delinquency across various loan, deposit, and credit card accounts.
  • Collaborate with clients to negotiate and settle outstanding debts, leveraging available tools and resources to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Determine the most suitable resolution for each client while adhering to collection guidelines and regulations.
  • Exhibit empathy and professionalism when interacting with clients, upholding the bank's code of conduct and ethics.
  • Maintain high-quality performance and meet key performance indicators.
  • Work with a predetermined list of accounts using automated systems, dialers, or manual outreach to minimize losses.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $48,000 and $58,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
