Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support via phone or email.
  • Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the credit department to resolve credit hold situations.
  • Perform problem-solving when needed.
  • Assist customers with billing or service concerns.
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
