We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Lab Support Specialist to join our team at DDS Lab. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with a minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume phone calls and resolving complex issues. In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case resolution and high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience, preferably in a dental lab or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Salary Range
$55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
