Job Summary:

Sanel NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving store growth, increasing sales, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Create a superior customer experience to drive store growth and increase sales.
  • Team Leadership: Provide daily leadership and foster a culture of employee engagement.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory protection, asset management, and operational and safety issues.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room, and outside areas.
  • Marketing and Sales: Drive NAPA operational and marketing programs, continuously improving processes and procedures.
  • Employee Development: Train, coach, and engage team members to deliver outstanding customer care.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school courses or degree completion preferred.
  • Experience: Valid Driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record required for operating company vehicles.
  • Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written; experience in the automotive aftermarket service industry or DIY automotive hobbies, or a willingness to learn.
  • Personal Qualities: Passion for delivering excellent customer care and building long-term relationships; ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment.
