Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, lease negotiations, and apartment showings to maximize occupancy.
  • Lead Sales Consultant ensures accurate completion of paperwork for current and prospective tenants.
  • Typically reports to the Property Manager and works independently within established procedures.
  • Represents Village Green at outside networking and social functions, showcasing our brand and values.
  • Utilizes problem-solving skills to address resident concerns and provide solutions.
  • Conducts weekly sales meetings with the on-site team to review goals and strategies.
  • Acts as an active coach and mentor for team associates, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Adheres to established policies related to fair housing, ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all residents.
Requirements
  • Two years of leasing experience in multi-family properties.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and additional property management software (Yardi / One Site / MRI / Sight Plan).
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address resident needs in a friendly and professional manner.
  • High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
