About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support for our construction projects. As a Construction Project Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from contract administration to financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for construction projects, including contract administration and financial management
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a construction-related role, with a focus on project administration
  • Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
