  • Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are on track.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
