We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurse to join our team at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center for a 14-week travel assignment. As a NICU nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care to vulnerable newborns and their families.

Job Summary: The selected candidate will work as a registered nurse (RN) in the NICU department, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill newborns, including assessment, medication administration, and life support measures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and comprehensive care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- RN licensure in the state of Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working in a level III NICU environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
