Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Critical Care Specialist to join our team at ATC Marietta. As a key member of our ICU team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in GA or compact state
  • 2+ years of experience in ICU or critical care setting
  • ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Unit accepts 1st-time travelers
