  • Business Development: Collaborate with the VP of Finance and President to develop and implement business development strategies, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are adequate and safe for employees and customers.
  • Project Management: Initiate and coordinate major projects, including purchasing of new equipment, plant layout, and other continuous improvement objectives.
  • Communication: Promote a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community, maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional Development: Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in continuing education efforts, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Diversified background with at least 8 years of related experience, 5 or more years of management/supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: Lean manufacturing certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills, superior managerial and diplomacy skills, experience with regulatory authorities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
