Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Center Operations Manager to lead our service center team and ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our services. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of RF Technicians, an office administrator, and other support staff to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
  • Customer Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the assigned service area. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their needs, resolving any issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the service center to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company standards. Monitor workflow processes and implement improvements as needed.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the service center's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met. Oversee inventory management and maintain all company assets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, increase efficiency, and grow the customer base.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records related to time worked, attendance, inventory, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of progressive management experience in emergency response, fire department, law enforcement, military leadership, or a similar field.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Customer Service: Experience in customer service and relationship management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Driver's License: Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record (no suspensions in the past five years).
