Job Overview: Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a contract AEP Technical Lead to join our delivery team. The candidate will work on-site half of the week and remotely the other half. The successful candidate will work with Business, DevOps, and Architecture teams to deliver complex cross-functional projects. Responsibilities: * Work as a core member of the AEP Delivery Team and collaborate with AEP onshore, product management, marketing, and fellow technologists * Implement and extend CJA to all portfolios * Integrate AEP and its application solutions with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive user cases * Evaluate new product features, conduct POCs, and help evaluate how they can be used to drive user cases * Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI, and Customer AI * Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, and design * Thrive to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit tests and automation * Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines * Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems * Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met Qualifications: * 8+ years of technical experience * 3+ years of experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands-on experience with one or more key modules of CJA, AJO, and Intelligence Services * Worked on both batch and real-time processes * Created customer profiling designs * Knowledge of AEP, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target Integration, CJA, AJO, WebSDK, Firefly * Experience implementing * Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes * Possess excellent software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of platforms AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo * 3+ years of experience with Big Data/cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products * 5+ years of experience with backend technologies including Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST * Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud * Experience with loading data in and out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems * 3+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform * Knowledge of using XDM, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP, and CJA * 3+ years of experience with building omni-channel personalization implementations * Adobe Certified Expert RT-CDP Expert certification in AEP would be a huge plus * Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science * Should have worked in a Global delivery model (Onsite-Offshore Team Handling and Co-ordination) Benefits: Full-time employees enjoy a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, disability, paid time off, 401(k), and more.
