About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Relationship Management I to join our Asset Servicing– Core Client Services team. This hybrid role will be based out of our Lake Mary, FL office and will require in-office presence 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the growth and health of client relationships by identifying opportunities for incremental account growth and advocating for client escalations to ensure ultimate client satisfaction.
  • Drive digital solutions to enable clients with automated reporting and instruction capabilities.
  • Promote firm services and product offerings that solve client challenges and achieve account growth, while recommending product/service enhancements internally to fill underserved client interests.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with assigned clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and strategic alignment with firm services/product offerings.
  • Evaluate client needs and ensure sustained client engagement.
  • Stay abreast of client account activity throughout the firm and serve as the ultimate escalation point for client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of overall Asset Management strategies for the unit.
  • Serve as the interface for compliance, regulatory, and reputational matters between clients and the Bank.
  • Deliver client presentations, business acceptance, internal/external meetings, product collaboration, and sale execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge of Asset Servicing – Global Custody and understanding of Banks, Broker/Dealer, and Insurance.
  • Ability to lead and communicate to a virtual service and coverage team to ensure firm-wide alignment on priorities, issues, and initiatives.
