We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lending Relationship Manager to join our team at Addition Financial. As a key member of our commercial lending team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business members, providing tailored lending solutions that meet their financial needs.

This role involves assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers, facilitating the loan application process, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. You will work closely with our business members to understand their financial goals and objectives, and provide expert advice on our lending products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business lending products, operational and administrative processes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional member service. You will be responsible for meeting lending sales goals and deposit goals, and will work collaboratively with other departments to enhance member experience and promote cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with business members to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and facilitate the loan application process.
  • Ensure compliance with lending regulations and credit union policies.
  • Meet lending sales goals and deposit goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance member experience and promote cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business lending or commercial banking.
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, underwriting, and business operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
