Administrative Coordinator

Retif Oil & Fuel is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and executing shipping and receiving duties.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory related to parts and equipment
- Coordinate deliveries of tanks and prioritize work orders
- Execute shipping and receiving duties for parts
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
- Manage multiple calendars, organize meetings, and assist as needed
- Prepare various reports using Excel
- Cross train in other operations administrative duties
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative related role preferred
- Experience in inventory procedures preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal skills
