Job Description

VPG Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Administrator to oversee the administrative aspects of our construction projects. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and architectural documents.
  • Project Coordination: Review and evaluate projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Site Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on project progress and document all construction activities.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams, project managers, and contractors.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other managers and departments.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer software to maintain accurate records of construction supplies.
  • Management Skills: Good management skills to oversee project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
  • Education: At least a High School Diploma or a bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal, drug, and driving screening.
  • Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25% locally.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry office materials and supplies weighing twenty pounds or less.
