Key Responsibilities:- Plan, develop, and implement programs and activities to promote the well-being of residents and staff.
- Directly supervise employees and provide in-service training to promote job knowledge.
- Identify problems and develop solutions to improve facility operations.
- Coordinate investigations and follow up on concerns received.
- Review and update facility policy and procedure manuals, job descriptions, and cleaning schedules.
- Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator's License and/or Administrator temporary license.
- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration &/or Healthcare Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Long Term Care &/or Skilled Nursing.
- Experience operating a large facility.
- Skilled/experienced in marketing to hospitals for census development.
- Positive personality for engaging employees, residents, and families.
