Electrical Reconditioning Specialist

We are seeking an Electrical Reconditioning Specialist to join our dynamic team at Integrated Power Services. About the Role:
As an Electrical Reconditioning Specialist, you will be responsible for rebuilding starters, working on motor control center layouts, and spray painting electrical enclosures. Our ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and has a strong mechanical aptitude, with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild electrical components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
- Work on motor control center layouts to improve system reliability and safety
- Spray paint electrical enclosures using high-quality materials and techniques

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- MUST be able to pass a respirator fit test
- Ability to work 2nd shift
- General understanding and firsthand experience with safe work environments
- Must be comfortable with machinery and have mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Be able to read, interpret, and modify documents
- Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an excellent driving record
