**Job Description:**

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at OnLogic, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the regulatory standards required for global markets. Your expertise in EMC defensive design, RF compliance, and product safety testing will be essential in guiding our engineering team to develop compliant products.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate product safety and EMC testing with Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs)
  • Evaluate products against applicable product safety standards, including UL/IEC 62368-1, UL/IEC 61010, and IEC/UL 60601-1
  • Prepare samples and conduct product safety testing according to relevant standards
  • Provide guidance on best practices for EMC defensive design at the PCB level
  • Develop and implement tools to automate compliance processes and data management tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and company regulatory goals

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory engineering, with expertise in product safety and EMC compliance
  • Experience with Google tools preferred
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
