Accounting and Finance Team Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic Accounting and Finance team at Jobot. As an Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our financial department, overseeing the daily operations of the office and managing the financial team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily operations management, ensuring all financial procedures are followed and team members are trained and supported.
- Financial record maintenance and report preparation for senior management.
- Budget assistance and financial planning process support.
- Transaction recording, filing, and reporting.
- Procedure implementation and administrative system maintenance.
- Staff, supplier, and client liaison.
- Office expenditure management within budgeted levels.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in invoicing and other financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and accounting software knowledge.

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year based on industry standards.
