Job Summary

This role involves working closely with wholesale customers to understand their floorcovering needs and provide expert recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sherwin-Williams products and be able to effectively communicate with customers to ensure maximum satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert recommendations on Sherwin-Williams products to meet customer needs
  • Process orders and schedule installations with installers and customers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales transactions
  • Meet sales goals and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Must have previous work experience selling floorcovering and/or floorcovering products
  • Must have prior work experience operating floorcovering cutting equipment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish
