About the Role

At OneMain Financial, we're looking for a skilled Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and providing personalized financial solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Present financial products and services to customers, ensuring they meet their needs and goals
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and provide guidance on financial planning and management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective communication
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; sales, collections, or customer service experience a plus
