About the Role:
Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Fleet Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial vehicle accounts in assigned market areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, develop, and maintain commercial vehicle accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular sales calls, appointments, and blitz calls to engage with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to inform sales strategies and presentations.
- Deliver compelling and professional presentations to customers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and OEM partners.
- Utilize CRM database to track sales opportunities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
- Expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
- Participate in industry associations, internal training initiatives, and assigned training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of demonstrated successful outside sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and completion of the Challenger Assessment with proficient scores.
- Highly proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
- Ability to work in a complex, matrixed sales environment.
