About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Management Lead to join our team at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. This is a critical role that requires a subject matter expert to manage the lifecycle of our enterprise technology assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the IT asset management program, including procedures, processes, and controls for inventory management, software licensing, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Manage the asset tag project for endpoint and server devices, working with vendors and IT infrastructure teams.
  • Develop guidelines for the use of IT assets and assist with the procurement of new assets and disposition of legacy assets.
  • Responsible for imaging equipment across the organization, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the asset database.
  • Design and oversee the execution of standards and operational processes for configuration management.
  • Identify opportunities for simplification, cost savings, risk-reduction, and efficiency across IT.
  • Evaluate industry solutions to drive continuous improvement and automation for ongoing asset management activities.
  • Partner with IT solution teams and 3rd party providers to apply and maintain features.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices relative to IT asset management.
  • Manage the ITAM budget in conjunction with the Senior Manager to achieve established strategic objectives and projects.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in an enterprise environment, preferably in gaming, media, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of an enterprise ITAM framework.
  • Experience designing, supporting, and continuously improving IT asset repositories.
  • Experience with leading systems and tools for IT asset management, discovery, and automation / workflow capabilities.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platform.
  • Experience across operating systems, hardware, software, and platforms.
  • Credentialing (MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment.
  • Experience leading and influencing IT staff to adopt ITAM standards, processes, and controls.
  • Experience working on projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong service orientation and ability to develop effective working relationships with users and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a change agent, leading and inspiring others to act.
  • Highly motivated, analytical, organized, and efficient.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • A college degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant experience.
  • Appropriate technical certification(s) are preferred.
